Plus tax (not including airfare) 11% tax and 2% hotel lodging tax is charged in the state of Quinana Roo, 4% service charged is added for the behind the scenes staff and distributed, however it is customary to leave gratuity for housekeeping )suggested $20 per person for the 6 nights, kitchen staff, suggested around $60, trainers or other staff are at your discretion and while appreciated nothing is obligatory. Suggested tips would be around $100 for the 6 night stay.
Includes meals, except 1 offsite dinner to try the local flavors, but if you don't want to go, dinner will be served on site for free.

CANCELATION POLICY

I understand 10% tax and 7% service will be added to my total. Please process my payment in order to confirm my reservation.

Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations are 100% non refundable.

Chavez Trade, their employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, does not own or operate any entity which provides goods or services for your trip including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, food service providers, equipment suppliers, etc. As a result, Chavez Trade is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any other third party.

NOTICE

In case of cancellation due to a natural disaster, such as a hurricane, all payments will be applied to a future retreat/stay, to be scheduled within one year of cancelled retreat/stay. There are no refunds for natural disasters. Credit only.
