Darlene Sparling coordinates the Bikini Bootcamp program, ensuring everyone gets the attention they need and helping guests get the most out of their time with us.

She spent three years living in Asia, studying yoga in Tantric Yoga Taiwan and traditional yoga in India while living in an ashram, where she became certified at a Sivavananda-inspired school. She has been actively teaching classes for the past 18 years, and she shares her in-depth knowledge of chakra work, meditation, and intuitive readings to touch guests in profound ways. Her classes range from powerful Vinyasa to deep, gentle Yin, always to a great playlist.

Darlene is our in-house tarot card reader and guides cacao ceremonies with fellow Yogi Kun. Her overall creative, open, and nurturing approach to life fuels her writing, music, and overall sense of well-being, which is evident at first glance.
