Ryan

For more than 15 years Ryan has worked exclusively in the field of Health and Wellness. He has been a member of our Amansala team for many years and is an absolute favorite of our guests, many of whom return year after year to looking forward to his fun, face paced high energy classes.

Starting his career as a Personal Trainer in Australia he sought to expand his knowledge and grow within the industry naturally gravitating toward more holistic approaches to wellness through Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation and Cold Exposure Therapy. From that foundation over the last 15 years he has refined his philosophy of Total Health & Wellness. “I believe in strengthening and training not only the Body, but the Mind and Spirit as well.”

In practice Ryan has worked as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Surf Instructor and Meditation Coach. He has taught group fitness classes of over 60 people and led countless guided meditations and ice baths. He has succeeded in more than 16 countries working with professional athletes, celebrities, armed services, police, special forces and men and women of all ages and from all walks of life.

Ryan brings a unique exciting and fun element to our retreat as well as the type of knowledge and experience you can only gain from living a life dedicated to health and wellness.
