  • I bring over two decades of dedicated practice and teaching experience to my yoga classes, rooted in the Iyengar tradition and informed by Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles. My approach is centered on creating smooth, slow, and gentle yet powerful flows that cater to practitioners of all levels, offering an opportunity to connect deeply with the body, mind, and breath. I interweave Ayurveda into all classes as I am an Ayurvedic counselor and

    Each session is thoughtfully designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner awareness, with a focus on precise alignment and mindful movement. Drawing inspiration from the rich traditions of yoga philosophy, theory, and Ayurveda, I weave meaningful teachings into every class, creating a holistic experience that nourishes the soul as much as it strengthens the body.

    My aim is to guide students toward a deeper understanding of themselves and their practice, fostering a sense of balance, presence, and empowerment that extends beyond the mat. Whether it's through a grounding Hatha session or a fluid Vinyasa flow, my classes invite participants to move with intention, breathe with purpose, and explore the transformative power of yoga in a supportive and nurturing environment.
