  • We start each morning on an empty stomach with a brisk 45-minute beach walk along the shores of Tulum. The first 10 minutes are in silence, allowing space for a moving meditation as the sun rises. Then we pick up the pace, get the heart pumping, and awaken the body — setting the tone for an energized, intention-filled day.

  • Wake up to a vibrant vinyasa in one of our beautiful beachside shalas. With inspiring music, mindful guidance, and energizing movement, you’ll flow into your day feeling strong, centered, and fully alive.

  • Kickstart your day with our energizing HIIT or circuit training class — designed to burn calories, boost your mood, and build strength by the sea. A powerful way to wake up and feel strong from the inside out.

  • Pilates is typically offered every other day, led by our world-class instructors who guide you through a dynamic flow to align your spine, strengthen your core, and leave you feeling long, lean, and centered.

  • From Afrobeats to Latin grooves and Dancehall vibes, our instructors will get you moving in ways you never thought possible — pure joy, sweat, and self-expression on the dance floor. Usually held every other day.

  • Unleash your inner warrior with our boxing and kickboxing classes. It’s cardio, confidence, and stress relief all rolled into one powerful punch — sweat, strike, and surprise yourself with just how strong you really are.

  • Sculpt & Tone is your go-to class for tightening, lifting, and feeling strong in all the right places. Light weights, high reps, and feel-good vibes — it’s the perfect mix of burn and bliss.

  • Explore the magic of Tulum with our three signature tours — wander the ancient Tulum Ruins, paddle through peaceful mangroves, and swim in the crystal-clear waters of the breathtaking Gran Cenote.

  • With a minimum stay of 5 nights, you’ll enjoy two included spa treatments of your choice — whether it’s a soothing massage, a refreshing facial, or grounding reflexology, it’s your time to relax, restore, and glow.

  • Experience the healing power of Mayan Clay — a sacred tradition that detoxifies the skin, energizes the body, and leaves you feeling grounded, glowing, and deeply renewed.

Sample Schedule

  • Wake up and journal your thoughts and how you start the day. We offer writing prompts to give you something to reflect on while looking out at the peaceful Carribean Sea.

  • Start the day with a 15 minute Meditation. This may be a guided Mindfulness Talk or a more traditional Visualization while focusing on your breath.

  • We start the day with a brisk walk on the beach. Walking for the first 10 minutes in silence then keeping up a good pace to return and do a mini beach work out before yoga.

  • Wake up to an inspirational strong flow, in a beautiful yoga shala.

  • Delicious healthy breakfast and green juice.

  • Great, ready to sweat with our Amansala Classic Circuit Class. A warm up led by one of our gifted instructors into a strong Circuit Class that will make you sweat and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.

  • We offer free time for spa or every 2nd day we take you on a tour to a local highlight.

  • Enjoy Lunch together and fresh healthy salad with catch of the day.

  • Depending on the day, we may offer a Dance or Cardio Class. Whatever class you choose, it will be fun and inspirational with our World-Class instructors.

  • Looking for Alignment we will offer either Pilates or an Abs Class to keep your core strong.

  • Wind down with a wonderful Yin Class.

  • Dine in our beachfront restaurant with others on a wellness journey.

  • We offer Salsa one time a week and we have optional classes to add on such as a Cacao Ceremony, Mayan Sweat Lodge or Breathwork
